I get a great deal of questions on what supplements I take, which brands, the amount etc. I went years without taking anything. As well as in terms of supplements, I still would rather ensure that it stays as small as possible. Your most reliable supplement is and constantly needs to be the foods you consume. That said, what I take, I seriously love, and it can help me tremendously, as I figure out and in recovery.
